J.P.S. Publishing is a small publisher based in Gothenburg, Sweden, dedicated to making little touches of enchanted make-believe and scalding self-reflection available to you in the form of literature. It was founded in 2023, to swim against the current of an industry which is increasingly determined on selling celebrities rather than literature in nonchalant hostility to the beauty of the written word, and demands of its environment that seeming isn’t the same as actually being.

J.P.S. Lindberg went from engineering school, to bartending, to journalism, to teaching, all the way back to engineering. In the midst of all those tight turns, he finally started finishing writing projects, with a first-first-draft finished in 2015. Genre is no constraint, with novels and short stories ranging from psychological crime to horror and the fantastical, though the speculative and sometimes weird has a special place. Born by man and raised by dogs all across Sweden, he’s firmly adopted by the harbour city of Gothenburg. He wishes he had green fingers, can’t help but to be grit in the eyes of power, knows the basics of handling a longsword, and can’t fathom a life bereft of writing.
